The lobster bisque came, no lobster, but flavor was ok. My wife ordered the lobster bisque, and I had the Pasta di Mare and the Rosa's Signature Caesar. The bread was nice, we put our own oil and vinegar dip together, and 15+ minutes later a young lady asked "do you have a server" and we said no, so she said "oh, I will take your order then". water, do you have a server and so forth. man came by and dropped of some bread and nothing mentioned, i.e. We finally were seated at 7:20 PM, and sat in our booth for about 15 minutes when a young. Highlight of the dinner was the cannoli dessert. Kassandra quickly corrected the error but he had to wait while we all ate our entrees. He ordered a cold chicken Parmesan salad and received a Parmesan fish dish. Unfortunately, the order for one of our friends was bungled. My chicken marsala was OK with a rather bland sauce and a few strands of under cooked pasta. I had the house red wine which is served on the honor system and wasn't half bad for $3.50 a glass. Individual plates would have been much better. My wife asked for her own plate of olive oil since we were double-dipping bread and reaching across the table was awkward. She poured out some olive oil for the table to share and brought bread and balsamic vinegar in a few minutes. Waitress was Kassandra who was friendly enough but spoke very quickly and. The server we did get was efficient and friendly, so at least our visit wasn't a total wash. We had to flag down 1 server to ask them to send us our server, so that was another thing that was a letdown. My friend has salmon over pasta and he said it felt like the pasta was cooked under a warming lamp as it was hard and crusty. My partner and a friend I went with all felt the same.
